          Who would have thought that things we use as useful tools like power transmission and distribution lines are a high risk to us and our surrounding communities at certain times of the year when things get very dry from lack of moisture and we have high winds.  I have learned over the years that when dealing with these kinds of things, to be prepared is too, “Expect the Unexpected to happen.” I am in the process of putting plans in play to work with Power companies to show them how they can lessen the risks to their equipment and the public by being proactive in planning and implementing procedures that help reduce risks to us all.
